Utility comms on 6140 kHz

My recorder got a QSO on 6140 kHz USB. These are two processed samples recorded at 0806z and 0807z. There is also a weak digital stream, 1000 Hz to <4000 Hz (tone, PSK(?) streams, tone). Any ideas?

I recall hearing some QSOs in the past around the same freq. in the second file the guys asks what's the name of the vsl? so that did ring a bell....this is a Petroleum Co. in the Gulf of Suez Area. I used to hear them few years back.
the accent of the guy calling Y12 is 100% EGY!
